Wax Applicator Handle

A hand-held applicator was developed to house a nozzle designed for dispensing wax into vehicle chassis cavities. The handle, equipped with integrated control switches, transmits a signal to the wax pump, which delivers wax through a pipe connected to an internal manifold within the handle. The design required an ergonomic grip to ensure operator comfort and included a safety dead-man switch mechanism. Both the trigger and safety latch must be engaged simultaneously for the signal to activate, ensuring safe and controlled operation.
